No sarcasm tag needed. I personally know Dems who are SHOCKED at what a geezer Biden is, now that they’ve finally got a good look at him. Like so many Americans, they feel it’s their civic duty to vote, but they really are politically clueless. Added to that the way his people hid him out during the campaign and you have a whole lot of “WTF???” going on.
