Been following this for the past couple hours..
The “debunking” has already (predictably) started, with someone posting on Twitter that what the white hats got access to was the “poll pad” that is used to check people in - NOT the voting machine itself.
That apparently “has” to be connected to the internet so that the “poll pad” can complete the check-in process with identity verification, etc.
My local poll place uses printed books of registered voters to check people in, so no idea if this is true - but that’s the “debunking” angle that’s already picking up steam.
He addressed that in his testimony - accessing the polling pad allows you to daisy chain into the whole system.
At the end of this hearing, this committee voted to make all Fulton County absentee ballots available to Pulitzer and his team to analyze. He stated earlier in his testimony today that given the actual paper ballots he would be able to tell you whether they are legitimate ballots - whether machine printed, hand printed, where they originated, whether they had ever been folded, all of it, using nanotechnology.
Mr. Pulitzer’s earlier testimony today is here, starting at 1:13:

Part of the problem we face is that so many people have an innate inability to admit they were wrong about anything — in this case a fishy-looking election that they’ve already certified.
