Management could lock the doors and go home.
Its a sucky state. We left there just about six years ago. Rented our home for awhile to people we thought were reliable.
Turns out you can’t evict anyone. That’s a !omg story short but true.
Thank God we sold the house and did well...but it was horrid for awhile.
This guy is in deep.
Throw a pair of work boots into each occupied room.

the Fife Police Chief is acting like a Barney Fife. Stand around and do nothing. Seems to be a Seattle/Portland new type of “policing” technique THAT DOESN’T WORK.
