Same with giving Sri Lanka $15 million to buy a “high powered cutter boat” or $33 million for “democracy programs” in Venezuela which damn well will end up in the hands of the dictator there Maduro. It’s kick backs, it’s these corrupt pukes in Congress who make deals with foreign lobbyists who give these scumbags a cut of whatever taxpayer money they can get sent to these countries.
