“Its getting colder and we’re in a ‘climate crisis’?????”
Yep, that’s what they said:
“made worse by unseasonably cold weather probably linked to the climate crisis”
What a hoot! But there’s the “probably”.
Sounds like it. Global warming makes it get colder. Or so they'd like us peons to believe.
Is there anything the great god Global Warming cannot do? < /s>
I live in Arizona. We’ve had an uncommonly WARM fall. What unseasonably cold weather are they talking about? In South America, maybe?
Okay, found it in the article:
“Most deaths happened around 9 and 10 September during a bout of cold weather”
Because bouts of cold weather NEVER happened until Global Warming.....huh?
Likely from a lack of crumbs from human food, due to covid... So can they chalk these up as ‘covid’ deaths?
I find it funny that when the eastern part of the US is hit with hurricanes or floods, “wildfires” pop up in California. Could be discardred cigs, inattention to camp fires, bad land-management regulations...or arson.
Basically, if California sees another state in line for disaster relief, they’ll gin up a “wildfire” so they can get some, too. Just a personal observation and suspicion.
Needed more bugs...
Did they fly through one of those Chinese mirror farms?
It’s all those Dem Cat Ladies with their Dem Cats KILLING the pretty free birds.
I have one thing to say to them: GET A DOG!
“ ..probably linked to the climate crisis,,”
There is no “climate crisis”.
Prove me wrong.
Plenty of them getting a full meal at Dan’s Stop and Fly.
” unseasonably cold weather probably linked to the climate crisis, scientists have said”
Climate crisis???? That’s not true, that’s impossible. Everyone knows this was caused by the covids. Everyone. That is the current narrative for everything bad. These people need to keep up.
Here’s the most important information I found.
“It’s really hard to attribute direct causation”
In other words, they’re not sure why.
How they could starve is a whole different situation.
I guess they ran out of insects to eat.
There is a severe drought underway out west.
It truly was different this year, extremely, extremely hot but also dry so there was no live vegetation out there, no open catch water so it is completely reasonable that they died of starvation.
I had finches in my yard, I’ve never had them before and I’ve lived here 40 years. We are farmers and ranchers so we know the weather and remember from years on end and this year was extreme and different than any we have known in our lifetime. We irrigate our crops and we couldn’t keep enough water on the crops. Our county was a complete disaster for the yields on our principal crop.
If it is “Climate Change” there is nothing man can do about it and man didn’t cause it but it was a very, very different year.
Trump’s fault, no doubt!
I've only seen a couple every now and then when typically the feeders are full with the birds.
They would even stay thru the winter but nothing now.
I asked the owners of my local Wild Birds Unlimited seed store and he said it was likely they were staying in the fields due to the abundance of rain last year and feeding on the seed plants. But I'm doubting that since it's now two years in a row....
I live in southern NM and we have had extremely cold overnight temperatures for about a month, I’d say 10 degrees colder than normal, the days are still about the same it is 75 right now.
The author, or the idiot "scientists" providing this info, seem to have recognized that using the phrase "unseasonably cold" and "man-made global warming" in the same sentence, would look foolish.
So now its a "climate crisis".......?????
