A Supreme Court in Hiding is Dangerous for Our Country

Despite the justices’ oath to uphold the Constitution, the Supreme Court is hiding from the most important constitutional issue in America -- and that spells danger.

In accordance with Art VI of the Constitution, every sitting Supreme Court justice has taken an oath swearing that he or she will “support this Constitution.” The Constitution the justices have sworn to protect is predicated upon free and fair elections so that the government reflects the will of the People. When the justices refuse to protect election integrity, they are violating their sworn oath and putting our constitutional republic at grave risk.

I recently wrote a suggested Supreme Court opinion. It said the Court must decide “credible and significant” claims of election wrongdoing on their merits before elected officials are sworn in—-except for the President, where the Constitution provides a fallback political method of election. My article suggested what the Supreme Court should do. This article discusses their inaction and warns of the consequences if the justices continue to run and hide.

Americans paying attention to the 2020 Election must be baffled by our courts. A thousand sworn statements about election wrongdoing, bizarre 4 a.m. “vote spikes” for one candidate, hundreds of thousands of ballots driven from one state to the another, counting machines with 68% error rates, etc., etc. Such claims should at least get a day in court.

Yet so far, they can’t get a sniff. With few exceptions, no state or federal court in our country has had the courage to look at the merits of these claims. The most significant challenge to our Constitutional Republic since the first Civil War can’t get a parking ticket.

We don’t have a court system anymore. We don’t have elections anymore. We don’t have a Constitution anymore.

We don’t have a COUNTRY anymore.

Now, what are we gonna DO about it?

why is SCOTUS paid?

why are there ANY pensions?

why are there ANY offices?

SCOTUS has abrogated and each must be removed by the PEOPLE
and their offices taken down. they exist ONLY
for themselves, their pleasures including the
taking of the PEOPLE’s children, and foreign govts.

There is virtually no one, either in the courts (at all levels) or in political office (elected or appointed) who gives a damn about the Constitution, or anything that is says or stands for.

The Plan right now is to have a rally on January 6th - listen to speeches and everyone sing along to Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud To Be An American."

That should fix things, right?

All the facts are there and no one will do anything. We have corrupt politicians as well as judicial system who only look at lining their own pockets. They do not care about this country or the American people or the rule of law only about Power. These people do not realize that once they are no longer needed they will pushed to the side. Then they will realize at that time that they were part of history of turning this great country into a Banana Republic.

14TH AMENDMENT
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

What I do not understand is how SCOTUS can ignore the first condition of the 14th Amendment “””No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States”””

By my reckoning the States which allowed voter fraud ‘’’abridged the privileges of citizens of the United States’’’.

How can SCOTUS ignore this statement?

It started when Miss Sunshine declined to rule on the first Pennsylvania case right before the election. Much of the thievery could have been stopped right then and there but Roberts cast his vote with the left, making it a 4-4 decision and persuaded her not to vote and break the tie bc she was “new” to the Court. Well, she was not “new” as she had been on the 7th Circuit for years and had clerked for Scalia for two terms. Can you imagine RBG holding the deciding vote and not voting to favor the left bc she was new to the Court? I knew how Miss Sunshine would turn out when I saw one of her female law clerks, an obvious liberal and Biden supporter, saying how wonderful she is during her confirmation hearings. Oh, she will be there on minor votes but when it came to the most momentous one affecting you and I as American citizens, she punted loud and clear.

My theory is that the courts are afraid of the violence from the left that would ensue if they took on the cases. Antifa has proven the extent to which they will protest. They are cowards.
There’s no one on the right willing to step up and fight back. well, except President Trump.

We haven’t had a Constitution since John Roberts swore in an ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.

BOTH parties abrogated the Constitution.

They ALL knew Obama was not a natural born citizen.

BOTH parties wanted the natural born citizen requirement neutered.

The GOP had a stable full of ineligibles, Rubio, Jindal, Cruz, Haley and George P. Bush that they wanted to run.

The 4-4 vote was for expidited review before the election. The case is still before the court, but CJ Roberts refuses to schedule hearing the case until after it matters. Given that "Miss Sunshine" was appointed just before the election, I can understand her not wanting to appear to eager to decide the election. However, I don't see that she has an actual conflict of interest. IF CJ Roberts really was concerned with managing SCOTUS's image, he would just flip and make the case a 6-3 victory for Trump and the rule of law. The truth is, Roberts is a partisan hack for the Bush family and they want Trump out so Jeb can try again in 20224 and they can keep their dynasty going.
