What to do with leftover ham is never a problem so long as there is breakfast, lunch and dinner.
As long as there is New Year’s and Black Eye Peas there will always be a place for a ham bone with lots left on it.

Send them to Me. I’ve got Flour Tortillas and King’s Hawaiian Rolls. The bones will go into a pot of Pinto and/or Black Beans, Lentils and then the Dogs get ‘em.
I didn’t get a ham with a bone this year, but had the foresight to have a couple of coworkers freeze their ham bones for me, so I have 2.
Turkey carcass soup just finished on the stove; 16 quarts of split pea with ham is next.
