Not to belittle what FOX did to themselves but all of cable, dish, and broadcast television has been in sharp decline. What is currently called FOX is the carcass left behind when they sold everything of value to ABC/Disney in 2019. They already cashed in and had little use for the remnants since Fixed Transmission Televideo has been surpassed as a medium.
