It appears that the wind has the “contrail” drifting to the right from behind the light post. When the “contrail” dissipates it starts at the top and moves down, which IMHO would lend credence to a contrail heading down.
BUT - as another freeper (another thread?) said somethink like “And the missile guys just happened to announce the explosion to warn people?”
I think it was an equipment malfunction in a vault under the street.
Mmmmm... at the one place in Nashville that treats the internet to a time out? We have a contrail. This implies a fast mover. The contrail would appear to just suddenly materialize at hypersonic speeds.
