LOL yes that would be much easier! Seriously, I have a spring in my steps I have not had since my 40’s.
The console on the treadmill displays the number 24 prominently. I just came back from the gym and can confirm it is 24 MINUTES/MILE speed.
I have tried going faster but that causes feet start hurting after a while. The whole trick to exercise routine is...
build up gradually, do not exceed what your body can handle comfortably, and most important do not miss more than 2 days in a week. Especially when starting out, do exercise every other day to get the body accustomed.
It is shocking how well even a 80 year body adapts to exercise. The benefits are enormous. I wish all Freepers would get on a regular exercise program. We will all have a better shot at living WITHOUT PAIN and without many medications.
24 minutes per mile is WAY different than what you posted earlier. A dead person can do 1.2 miles in 24 minutes.
My diet isn’t very balance, but I take LOTS of supplements that also help out with my cancer.
Anybody that promotes green tea needs to look at older Japanese people. They sure do not age well. Maybe that is because of Green tea?
Suck on a lemon while watching yourself in a mirror and you will see some interesting results on your face.

Thanks be-baw. Interesting.
It seems to be enough to keep me healthy without causing injuries.
That is another fallacy going around that one needs to do hard exercise. Much more important is daily exercise. I see people at the gym running hard on the treadmill, but do not see them again for months. I almost never see any one older than my 80 years in gym.
My daily 1.2 miles in 24 minutes daily grind may be preventing cancer formation by burning away excess fat.
That is fantastic. Keep on doing the right thing!
Merry Christmas!
