None of what Byrne is saying has material impact on the election.
Forget Byrne and his IoT reports.
Forget the US Supreme Court.
What has material impact is a state legislature ‘rescinding’ Electors for Biden.
Focus on how to move the needle with state legislatures.
* Legislatures are catching hell from outraged citizens.
* Legislatures may hear of high machine error rates in their states
These two items above move the needle.
FLIP vs. RESCIND
Georgia Senate already showed state legislature need not ‘flip’ Electors from Biden to Trump.
Political firestorm if Georgia Legislature flips Electors to Trump.
Flipping to Trump might be the right thing to do but it’s not necessary.
Need only ‘RESCIND’ Biden Electors, take them off his EC vote total. This is what Georgia Senate is advocating, ‘rescind’ not ‘flip’.
Why rescind? Easier to sell state legislators sitting on the fence. Punt Elector flap downfield.
How does ‘rescind’ change outcome?
Biden has 306 ‘certified’ EC votes.
He needs 270+ to become President.
If 37 EC votes are rescinded from Biden, he can’t be President by the EC.
It goes to the House of Representatives under the 12th Amendment and Trump wins.

Senate issued report on fraud, very extensive, calls for rescinding GA Electors. GA Senate report is material because it is an official government body, CCP controlled media can no longer say allegations of fraud are ‘baseless’.
WI
WI Supreme Court ruled more than 220,000 votes are invalid but ruled ‘laches’ or something nebulous preventing decertification of state’s Electors.
State legislators are now joining federal lawsuit of Battleground States.
State legislature may take up rescinding Biden Electors.
The above are material events that can reverse the steal of Trump’s landslide victory.

POTUS AND MACHINE FRAUD
Repeat: Machine fraud can turn waves of angry constituents into a tsunami of anger.
If POTUS orders Dominion, SmartMatic, ES&S machines seized in the above states or some subset thereof. If the same error rates are observed, all hell breaks loose, further firing up constituents, bringing legislatures into intense focus and scrutiny.
CHALLENGES
The fraud machines are hard to seize even if US Marshals show up with an emergency presidential order.
Example: Maricopa County not compliant with legislature.
Need legislature to back up US Marshals seizing machines.
OTHER AGENCIES
Forget DOJ/FBI.
Maybe DHS can assist US Marshals, maybe take lead.
Mark Meadows is chief of staff. He is the gatekeeper. He decides who gets in to see the President. Byrne said the President agreed to make Powell special prosecutor but when she called the next day about her security clearance and office space Mark Meadows told her he couldn’t make that happen. Since then she has been cut off from all communications with Trump. He better wake the eff up and do something soon. Dithering around on twitter is not going to stop Biden from taking office.
There are dozens of tough legislators and attorneys on the ground that are right now fighting to get the machines and have them examined for fraud.
The President can read Powell’s messages on Telegram or Lin Wood’s on Twitter.
The President is no stupid and not isolated.
Patrick Byrne is not making sense, things he says are not adding up.
Adding Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor might help or hinder. Appointing Russ Ramsland would be a better choice. Powell needs to stick with her lawsuits currently docketed at SCOTUS. Ramsland can feed her AND STATE LEGISLATURES results of his audits. He’s highly trained in the field.
No matter who gets the machines and uncovers the fraud, the results have to be driven into state legislatures. Ramsland was the force behind the Antrim County findings.
It’s the state legislatures that are KEY. The Courts are derelict.

He’s not isolated because his lawyer Jenna Ellis is exchanging tweets and messages with Sidney Powell. So he knows.
What Patrick Byrne is going on about is anyone’s guess. He’s not relevant now.
