My understanding is the Georgia legislature does not need Kemp, they can call a special session themselves.

But there are some fake Republicans in the legislature as well as the executive.

Kemp, Raffensperger and others are sold out to the CCP. They won’t step forward because they would be incriminating themselves.

Need to pressure this guy linked below:

My understanding under Georgia law Gov. Kemp can call a special session or 75% of the legislators. I am not a Constitutional expert, but it seems to me that a power given in the Construction can not be subject to state law limits. Thus, the legislature of Georgia should be able to meet for the purpose of selecting electors by a vote of the majority.

I think it takes a 3/5ths vote. That isn’t happening.

The GA legislature can call a special session of 3/5 (60%) of the members sign a petition to do so.

GA Legislature makeup:

Senate: 35/21 (62% Republican)
House: 103/75 (57% Republican)

Even with all senate Republicans signing the petition, there aren’t enough Republicans in the house to get it done.
