This building, we are theorizing, had been wired to destroy the servers, whatever blew up in that building blew debris, cables, etc out of the building toward the blast area. The damage to that building looks as if it came from inside.
If the blast was only from the RV, the damage would look much different.
They will blame it on a muzzie or a Trump supporter, but that RV didn’t take out those servers any more than those planes collapsed building 7.
