This video has people saying the gunshots is what woke them up to evacuate. The countdown was not loud enough and gunshots louder thus ruling out that the gunshots were brodcast from the RV:

This bombing hit a court house and a vast area of 911 dispatch. The Mayor (democrat) of Nashville LAUGHING about this bombing and saying how this is a very "famous" place. Is he saying this area is a "populist" place? If so are the Populist (our side) the target?
