Then why did Pres. Trump ask Pence to again be his running mate?
~~~~~~~~~~~
PEnce is there as long as leverage is there. Leverage may be gone now, given Miller’s comments. In which case, Pence still there means now is not exactly the time (YET) to startle the public with his removal.
There are theories about leverage applied to Trump, I’m not sure which one or combination of theories is closest to correct. President Trump doesn’t want the vaccine (”shots”) and never wanted Pence. Note at the campaign stop, all the names of Trump and only one placard with Pence’s name? I don’t think Pence will actually serve a 2nd term.
>>Never wanted Pence...?
I watched the President’s 11/8/2018 press conference where, out of the blue, he asked a stunned Pence if he’d run with him again? Pence says yes. Way before Miller.
Where’s the leverage in that? You can’t reconcile it with the dots you propose that you can’t connect.
You do read too much into the non-pence placards.
Some early 2019 rallies omitted the Pence name on the placards but the Pence name was still on T-Shirts. Late 2019 & 2020 most rallies did not omit Pence on the placards. Pence was at some rallies with POTUS where Pence’s name was not on the placard.
Nothing like watchin them again.
I still don’t see what others are seeing.
In my estimation, President Trump has been, is, and will be the leverager, he is not the leveragee.
