They’ve been threatened with lawsuits from Dominion and Smartmatic. So has Sidney Powell. Lin Wood made a statement for her saying “File your lawsuit”. This is a man who knows a thing or two about winning defamation lawsuits.

Dominion and Smartmatic are running lawsuits against anyone that makes negative statements about them. It’s a common and expected legal move intended to intimidate. My guess is Newsmax legal team is making the disclaimer mandatory to keep out of lawsuits.

Powell is among those being sued, and she says bring it on. During the discovery process all should be revealed in a fair court and fair trial. All evidence must come to light. Dominion and Smartmatic will lose.
