mitochondrial RNA=mRNA, the abbreviation for the former
You are confusing mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) with messenger RNA (mRNA).
You are completely incorrect. mRNA = messenger RNA. You are really off on this. You are not even in the realm of what the vaccine is, and as such make such completely foolish statements as mRNA can alter DNA.
