In WI, Boris Epshteyn was saying they have identified tens of thousands of illegal “indefinitely confined” ballots that must be disqualified - enough to flip the state back to Trump.
But when they disqualify, say 25,000 votes, how do they know how many were for Biden and how many were for Trump? They are secret ballots, right?
