I guess that’s the dude in me coming out, since I prefer the costumes in Foyle’s War... ;-)
Now I don’t feel so bad for loving Downton as much as I do.
I like the men’s outfits in Downton Abbey or Foyle’s War, but the ladies are more glamorous in Downton.
Any setting in which everyone looks tidy is a plus for me. Even people standing in soup lines during the Depression looked good by today’s standards!
