Top notch. Watched it twice, kids watched it. But as with everything else produced on film today, it is cynical and aims to take the fight out of you. Take cover.
“Piece of Cake” thank you for reminding me of it. An excellent novel turned into a TV series. I wish it was currently available on DVD. The only “flaw” in the movie was that they had to use Spitfire’s where as in the book the squadron flew Hurricanes. Back when it was made I think there was only one flyable Hurricane in the entire world, now there are several.
