start with the politicians, then continue with the people who pushed the fear porn narrative, and with public health officials who have repeatedly refused to do anything but use the “standard of care” (the one which gave us about an 80% mortality rate on ventilators).
Politicians whose policies have directly resulted in deaths (e.g. forcing nursing homes to accept known-infected patients) are guilty of criminally negligent homicide and should be prosecuted.
Prosecuting people who exercise their free speech rights to scare people with statements like “the vaccine is poison” or “don’t go to the hospital because they’ll just kill you” isn’t something I support, even though I agree they’re just fearmongering and trying to scare people.
And doctors who are doing their best to treat patients should not be prosecuted unless gross negligence can be demonstrated. The treatment protocols for COVID-19 patients has evolved and improved, but every single patient who went to the hospital had a better shot in the hospital than they did at home. Doctors saved a lot of people who would have died without medical care.
