Well, one can’t prove a negative but I agree with you about televangelists. There was another thread here where some mentioned the need to go Old Testament on the false prophets.
I was wavering whether to renew my SuperBook subscription. They have a robot named Gizmo in the DVD series that detracts from the Biblical context. I told the 700 Club on the phone last week I thought they were going the of way of VeggieTales. The gal on the phone, very polite and helpful, said she grew up with Superbook and all the Bible Stories. I said I called before about the concern with the Wise Men at the manger. . . Jesus was a Child in the house when the Wise Men made the scene. She told me she didn’t realize that. I told her to check on it.
