I say that through all the opposition of the media and Democrats he began and has done what no one else has been able to do, which is spread the above message to millions and millions and the country would have been much worse off today if he hadn’t done that.

I could not agree more. Rush has changed so many lives for the better, including mine.

The last 30 or so minutes of today's show were almost impossibly difficult to bear. I could not stop the tears. I hope we will still have Rush for a long time (praying for a miracle).

As that last caller poignantly said: "I just need to hear your voice, Rush!"

He said, “I don’t know when the day will come when I can’t do the show anymore,” and “That day will come.” My phrasing, not his. He survived a year with terminal cancer. There are new treatments that beat Stage 4 lung cancer back, but he is telling us these new treatments aren’t going to work.

Now it’s a choice, as with most I’ve known, whether to endure the treatment to add a little time. Personally, I am grateful he endured the torture he’s described so he could ride with General Donnie Trump Patton to the end. Thank you, Rush, our dear old FRiend.
