If .1% of the people catch it, or show signs of it, is it worthy of pandemic?
I’m just stating what a pandemic is, since you asked whether it’s still a pandemic. By the basic definition of what a pandemic is, this is clearly still a pandemic. The definition doesn’t say it has to be causing 30% fatalities or anything. It’s simply a rapidly spreading infectious disease present over a large geographical area. That’s definitely what COVID-19 is at this point.
