But yes, by the basic definition, Influenza virus is a pandemic each year as it’s highly prevalent over a wide geographical area.
That sounds like a potential issue with respect to government overreach.
My concern is far more governmental than health related.
It reminds me of my old job where everything was a priority, and thus nothing was.
