Just a thought - maybe it was part of the plan all along to appoint 3 Bushies to the Supreme Court. It was important to keep the Deep State believing that they had the upper hand in the fight. In order to make such a ploy work, it has to be convincing. Perhaps Trump/Q recognized from the outset, that the counter-coup could never succeed by relying on the courts. So, by appointing Uniparty “conservativbes” to the Supreme Court, Trump allowed the Deep State to believe they had snookered him into pinning all his hopes on unreliable allies.

As good Establishment ‘conservatives’, the new justices were advised to, or allowed to, rule as conservatives until it mattered (i.e. now). If Trump realized too soon that he had appointed traitors to the bench, he would have had enough time to come up with a plan B. Of course Trump/Q would have known all along that he had nominated traitors, and was not relying on them for the win. Trump and Team Q understood that misdirection is necessary if you are going to stay one step ahead of the enemy.

RINO McConnell played his part, fighting the good fight when it came to filling the lower courts with Constitutionalist judges. That’s the way RINO’s have conned voters for years. They understand that, to maintain power, they have to throw a few bones to their conservative base so that they’ll be able to be in a position to betray them when it really matters.

But why didn’t Trump nominate true conservative originalists to the court, rather than the fake originalists that he did nominate? Probably because he knew that the RINO Senate would never have confirmed such candidates. Maybe the drama of the confirmation hearings was all kabuki theater designed to hide the fact that both sides, RINO’s and Democrats, where getting exactly what they wanted by eventually confirming the three new Justices.

Anyway, it’s just a thought. Maybe the 3 newbies will eventually prove their mettle and do the right thing. But if things are roughly as I described, it’s just one more reason stand in awe of how well this was all war gamed ahead of time by Trump and Q.

I like your thinking here.

I did sometimes wonder how any judges were even put into place given the amount of resistance on everything POTUS has ever tried to do and thought there would be some kind of catch.

They will improve their standing when Trump wins in the Congressional counting of ballots and they will run screaming to the Supreme Court with their grievance only to be told. THEY DON’T HAVE STANDING! won’t that be fun?

It’s a good thought, a very good thought, and it applies to a lot. Every time I hear someone criticizing President Trump for appointments that haven’t worked out I remember his appointments were not entirely of his own choosing, they were from lists of individuals that the senate (pox be upon them) would be willing to confirm. Those were frequently derpish. Best way to tell the status of any Senate confirmed appointee is to look at the vote count of the confirmation. If it’s near 50:50, they may be ok, if it’s 94:6 or some shite, probably a derp.
