The Dersh was on NewsMax saying that the PA case -alone- in front of SCOTUS would not get Biden below 270 or Trump to 270, so they may not take the case since it alone would not change the outcome. I would think the “magic bullet” case for SCOTUS would need to be a sweeping multi-state case or one that showed conspiracy of the 4-5 states like a RICO case. Fact patterns are almost identical.....stop counting, the golly we could a bunch more, or gee the machines jiggered the numbers....all at once.
Nothing says the SCOTUS can’t hold on to that case and then receive a couple others, and bundle them together and rule on them all and flip those states to PDJT.
