Oh, there will be plenty of requirements met for justifying Insurrection Act, according to military observations.
Normalcy biased Americans won’t be for tolerating a nasty scene on our soil. They get fussy about trump tweets! A nasty scene, in their neighborhood, will bring those prissy requirements and overdue justification right along.
These people will be inclined to deliver both, themselves.
