70% is way higher than normal even in the most pro-voting, horray for everything district ever.

Southern Illinois is Trump Country. You can bank on it. Heck them rednecks still fly the stars and bars. However, E. St. Louis is in Southern Illinois, and I’m sure they cheat just like Gary and Detroit. However again, EStL has been seemingly largely depopulated. We drive through there at night to go to the casino sometimes. Dead quiet. But that wouldn’t matter, anybody who ever lived or died there could probably have voted.
