Dan Scavino, The White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Director of Social Media posted a series of tweets late last night that many took as a ominous sign of what’s coming, but then he also made a Facebook post stating “President Trump Will Not Be Conceding”.
This is an official statement from the White House official. I think we all knew this already, however, it’s official now.

Lots of people here seem to think we’ll win with turnout, but seeing as they frauded a landslide into their win, I don’t see how that works.

If this is correct, this will be very difficult to pass the majority vote needed in the House, to ultimately reject the Biden votes and keep him under 270, which is the process that actually triggers the state by state delegation (non-majority) vote.”
I would also add that it appears that enough Republican in the Senate will vote with the Democrats rejecting any challenge to the EC votes.
Yes, it’s very complicated. The US Constitution is a little vague on this, so I don’t know if US Code as you wrote is the final authority. My brain hurts - time for Morgans.

Conceding the results of a fraudulent, stolen election outcome would not only be illogical, it would be dishonest and therefore immoral. And that holds true for everyone, not only for the candidate who was victimized by the fraud.

Because by refusing to concede, President Trump retains enormous credibility with millions of his fellow citizens including Republicans, Democrats, and independents, while denying that credibility to a fraudulently empowered regime and its criminal leadership.
The Move along contingent of Republicans is in for a big shock with the number of people who will leave the republican party on January 21 if President Trump is not re-inaugurated. I will be one of them, becoming an independent that very day.

You, me, and hopefully millions of others. I would be delighted to learn that President Trump and a group of his most well-known and wealthy supporters will join together to (1) form a new political party of hardcore “America First” patriots, and (2) establish a legitimate news organization to expose the mainstream news media’s efforts to destroy our Constitutional Republic.
Establishing those two entities just might save our country from going completely socialist and then Communist.
The toe of us in this household will be doing the same on the 21st.
