Has anyone actually crunched the numbers of skein/ registered voters in all those counties? Do they add up to the 81 million fir Biden?

I don't know the number of registered voters but I did find the county vote totals at Politico. The totals they have are 81,281,888 for Biden and 74,223,888 for Trump. How many are valid and how many are fraudulent, I don't know.

I crunched the county totals to compare to the large graphic of this thread and found similar results:

There are 3159 counties in the U.S. and Trump won 2607 (83%) and Biden won 552 (17%). The graphic shows slightly different numbers but the ratios are about the same.

Further analysis shows that Biden got 186% of the vote totals that Obama got in 2008 in the counties that Biden won. Highly unlikely!
