On the sales tax issue regardless of who pays it if you two businesses in a city where is forced by law to collect it and another is not that’s an unfair advantage especially when the company who isn’t collecting it is a worldwide corporation
I agree it is a pretty great advantage and one which the brick and mortor stores have long complained about.
