I propose that all blue voting areas in States shall be run by Republicans with Democrats overlooking the vote count.. Democrats can run the Red Zones with Republicans overlooking vote count..

Sort of like in boxing, where the opposing fighter's team goes in the locker room of the opponent to observe the wrapping of the hands of the fighter.
