Oh, yes. Absolutely! I’d assign 60% of the blame to Ryan and 20% of the blame to McConnell. 20% of the blame goes to Trump because of the “the buck stops here” rule. But that’s for some honest historian to sort out 50 years from now. I try not to dwell too much on it. It’s too depressing.
It makes no difference at all who is to blame.....it’s what are we going to do..what can we do to take back what they’ve stolen.
