If Dobbs had actual evidence, he could have stood up to them. Fox has a much stronger financial position than Smartmatic, and can afford the legal battle. But if you call them out for criminal activity on television, you have to be prepared to show proof. Instead, Dobbs was forced to “debunk” his own story.
