It seems that the lawsuit should be welcomed. It opens the door for depositions which would generate great inside information.

And when Fox fires you the other employees are barred from ever mentioning your name again. Trish Reagan was fired for saying democrats didn’t care that half the country was burning down, which was the absolute truth.,Her name was never uttered again on Fox. Maria Bartoromo and Jenine Perro are next.
