Building wealth (with other people's ideas). Gates bought MS-DOS from the guy who wrote it and sold it to IBM for hundreds of times what he paid for it.
I kind of sort of remembering some of this, I was using an Imsai S-100 at the time(NOT THE $$$ WITH ALL THE LEDs ON THE FRONT.)
Gates bought and resold Q dos /Seattle, and hired the developer...
This put him on solid footing with IBM...
