Oh I'm with you there. What I meant (but didn't say very well) was regarding other cases that are currently on the USSC docket. The Gang of Nine could very well vote the exact same way on all cases .... but in light of the widespread outrage over their treatment of the Texas lawsuit, some of them may (yes, I'm only speculating) be experiencing a smidgen of regret. Good way to try to salvage some shred of their former reputations might be ruling differently on one or more of the other cases on the docket.
Ah well. If "if"s grew on trees, I wonder if they'd be green? :-)
IMHO, it seems the Democrat Party Cabal (including the nationwide violent BLM/Antifa rioters) and Chief Justice Roberts have scared the you-know-what out of all the other Justices. The three liberal Justices will always vote against Trump, unless it's a trivial case with no election impact. Same goes for the leftist Chief Justice Roberts who was nominated by the pro-Biden, anti-Trump George W. Bush.
Sadly, the remaining five Justices seem afraid of their own shadows. My faith in the SCOTUS (and a lot of the district and state courts) is gone. I also have zero confidence that my vote for President Trump was properly handled by the vote-counting powers that be. And I'm probably not the only one who feels that way ... all courtesy of the Democrats' 2020 election-year chaos & fraud.
