He has court cases still pending that will go to the Supreme Court & thanks to TX case he now know how to file it under article 3 not 2 that will force them to hear it.
He has the DNI report on Friday. Barr steps down 23rd (can now be a witness—he did his job). Durham is a special counsel (can prosecute in any state). He’s letting civil, criminal, federal courts fail to handle the situation properly so he can use military tribunals.
He has the data (all of it) from NSA, the Kraken supercomputer, the Alice supercomputer, (probably a couple others we haven’t heard about yet, too).
He has the dueling electors from 7 states legislatures.
He has VP Pence as final arbiter of which ballots to accept.

People swear affidavits by the 1000, the QR code scan guy who just needs access to some real ballots & he can detect if they are fake by looking for creases & printing items using his scanner technology, he has all the statistical data being analyzed, the videos, emails, phone calls, bank transfer statements showing the coordination of the coup.

I wouldn't count on Mr. "15 Days to Stop the Spread." Pence would be more than willing to play Brutus to Trump's Caesar.
There are so many mistakes in the points listed it’s not funny.
First, there are no “dueling” electors RATIFIED by a single state.
Second, Pence is not the “final arbiter” of which ballots to accept.
IF (and this is a big “if”) one R Congressman (Brooks, likely) and Senator (Tubberville, likely, Rand possibly) object to a given State’s EC votes, both the House and Senate go into separate session to debate which slate of electors to support. BOTH the House and the Senate need to agree to overturn the “official” slate of electors for that state. That will obviously never happen.
We need to face reality and quit posting this over and over again. The chance of the “alternate” electors getting chosen is precisely ZIP, as the House will never in a billion million years choose a slate of alternate electors from any state.
As to the insurrection act, national emergency, 2018 EO, etc..if Trump was going to actually invoke any of that, one would sure think he would have done it already.
The odds are very high (as much as this totally sucks given the massive and so obvious widespread fraud) is that this is over, and nothing short of an unforeseen eleventh hour and 59 minute miracle is gonna change anything.
