We moved here in ‘83, and a co-worker, in 1985, ordered a pie from a joint that became a favorite. A medium weighs 10 pounds, and was, and still is, the best in town! Pricey, but YUM! Tons of cheese and toppings, ooh! The owner sold it, and I ordered one with trepidation, and it was as good as the original, even though Chip didn’t sell the sauce recipe. Damn good pizza! :)

The sauce and the dough is the entire secret, and put the dame veg under the cheese and the meat on top..

What a coincidence. Best pizza I ever had was from a place called Chip’s Pizza and Video. This was 35 years ago in Minnesota. I still remember that pizza and think of it sometimes. It was so piled with toppings that you had to pull cheese off the inside lid of the box when you opened it.

As to the seafood pizza above, I’d definitely try it. I like both tuna and sardines but I don’t know about on pizza.
I think leaving them off may improve it, due to their “fishy” qualities. Never know til you try, though.
