I never believed the shouting match story.
But I do blame SCOTUS, the suit was not ridiculous and neither are the other cases they are purposely delaying.
We shouldn’t have to resort to other means, they should have dealt this, it is their job.
In the Flynn video I posted he says at one point that they planned for every contingency. They planned for the courts not doing their job. And they’re not.
Their is another recourse. Actually multiple but will they execute? A dog and pony show on 1/6/21 is meaningless.
