Yes. Just keep a list of FReeper names in a text document (Notepad, TextEdit, etc) or any word processor. Separate the names by a semicolon.
When you want to “ping” that list, just write a new post and post it. Then write a reply to yourself, go to your text document and copy all the names (on a Mac, Command-A to select all then Command-C to copy what you selected), then paste that list in the “To:” box on your post.
Nothing to it. Fast and easy.

You can post as much content or as little content as you want, as frequently or infrequently as you want. It is totally up to you — there are no rules to Ping Lists.
