Please repost this on the Flubras/Flubros thread tomorrow. You’ve made a believer out of me.

Thanks for posting, and congratulations!

The cavalry has arrived!

The FDA review panel for the Moderna vaccine just recommended its approval as well, and its EUA is expected tomorrow (Fri, 18 Dec). https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3916510/posts

They (Moderna) are ready to start deliveries Monday - six million the first week, on top of the millions that Phizer will be delivering.

Operation Warp Speed aims to inoculate most nursing home residents by Christmas.

There is going to be a pretty pronounced bending down of the curve in coming weeks and months.

“Were embryonic stem cells used in any way in the development of this vaccine?”

Pfizer did not use fetal stem lines for development but did for testing.

1. I am not aware that there were direct embryo stem cells used in the synthesis of the platform. I was concerned about this as well and could discuss the ethics of it all day long, but there were no stem cell products from abortions as a direct part of this injection. I do believe that there was some early research that may have used stem cells. I am protestant of a conservative denomination and ran it by my pastor who said it would not be sinful for me to take this vaccine.

2. The actual vaccine has mRNA in it. This is a new platform for vaccination, but understanding the science it is a very elegant solution. There is no way that the mRNA can interface with the DNA of my cells. All that will happen is the vector will randomly find several cells and release the mRNA that codes for spike protein antibodies into the cellular cytosol (DNA is in the nucleus, this cannot access the nucleus) and eventually hit upon the ribosomes, and dump out antibodies to C-19 spike protein which is the Achilles heel of this virus. It is also my understanding that the second injection will drive T-cell and memory immunity which is why this is such an effective vaccination.

I am uncomfortable publishing the exact protocol on this board as early to mid pandemic I received several public and private threats. Suffice it to say it was a combination of vitamin and minerals, and possibly some prescription medications.

“Stem” should have been “cell”.

Interesting and thanks for sharing, but I had understood that the tests had only demonstrated an apparent advantage in stopping mild symptoms over the control—and that neither study group out of the 22000 in total had actually contracted serious symptoms during the trial. That of course is not surprising given that they avoided testing any elderly or otherwise high risk groups (or those with a known allergy to anything).

Thank you for posting. I don’t think you mentioned which covid vaccine this was. Do you have that info?

Are there any contraindications to this? If you have this (pick one), don’t take it?

I have oddball allergic reactions to certain meds & immunizations (seizures with tetanus, for example) that others don’t get. So am curious about these kinds of things.

Also, will you please check in every day or so with a quick update - alive & kicking? Curious to see how you progress.

Many thanks for sharing your experiences. It really does help.

” I will no longer be a threat to my family, my elderly parents, and I won’t have to get any further CoVID tests.”

If that’s true, why are Fauci and others are saying the vaccine only protects those who have been vaccinated, but that they can still carry the virus and infect others?

This is great news! Thanks for taking the time to write your report to us.

Your exposure to so many sick patients and avoidance of COVID yourself is amazing. Are you at liberty to say what the experimental prophylaxis regimen is that is being used at your hospital?

Your point about the mental relief you experience is very telling. That hasn't been discussed much if at all.

Are you getting two full doses or a half-dose followed by a full dose? DailyMed LABEL: PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE- rna ingredient bnt-162b2 injection, suspension says the dosage is 0.3 ml which matches what you got. So it sounds like two full doses. I was meeting with my immunologist last week and she was pointing out how many vaccines have improved efficacy of half-dose followed by full-dose. Wasn't that the finding for the COVID vaccine in development in the UK?

On Dec 8, the University of Minnesota CIDRAP wrote "FDA documents show Pfizer COVID vaccine protects after 1 dose

In November, Pfizer said that after two doses given 3 weeks apart, the vaccine's efficacy was 95%. But according to the FDA analysis, strong protection of about 82% occurred after the first doses and was 52% between the two doses.

On Twitter today, Akiko Iwasaki, PhD, an immunobiologist with the Yale University School of Medicine, said one striking finding was that people were protected as early as 12 to 13 days following the first dose. She added that high affinity antibodies and longer-term immunity will likely require the second dose and that all vaccines should stick to the two-dose regimen.

So please continue all cautions for the next two weeks! (as if you didn't know that).

What do you make of the report a few days ago that even vaccinated people can still harbor enough viral material in nasal passages to be contagious?
