Where, O where do I sign up?
Personally, I think that speaks to the end game as described in the great American Thinker piece.
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/12/trumps_end_game.html
The Insurrection Act, has been restructured and retitled for the 21st century as "The Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order Act” and codified in four sections of the US Code:
10 USC § 251, Federal Aid for State Governments
10 USC § 252, Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority
10 USC § 253, Interference with State and Federal Law
10 USC § 254, Proclamation to Disperse
Of the four provisions, the most recent and the most powerful is 10 USC § 253, which was rewritten in 2006.
It reads in part ".... The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it-
1. .... so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection;
or 2. .... opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws."....
The authority is vested solely in the President. He does not need the invitation of state governors to intervene, nor does he need the approval of the Supreme Court. Older provisions of the Insurrection Act required either a governor or a judicial proceeding to authorize its use, but these limits were purposefully removed by Congress in § 253.
There is no time limit on the President’s activities. Older versions of the Insurrection Act limited the use of force to brief periods of time and then required legislative approval. Those limits, too, are also gone. The President is allowed to use any means that he (and again, he needs no one else) considers necessary. This includes using the armed forces (which enables him to bypass the Posse Comitatus Act) and using the militia which is detailed in 10 USC § 252 " Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority."
The President’s ability to use force isn’t restricted to actual rebellion or insurgency. He can act against merely unlawful combinations and conspiracies. To be clear: If the President decides that a conspiracy has deprived people of a right and believes that authorities fail or refuse to protect the right, he can send in the troops.
In blunt terms, Congress has given the power to President Trump to proclaim:
“I, President Trump, have determined that a conspiracy has deprived 70 million Americans of their right to vote and that the other authorities are refusing to protect this right. I therefore order the suppression of this conspiracy by any means necessary.”
As long as the president has the military on his side, it looks like he can do this on his own without the courts, governors or the Congress. Remember, Trump has just fired the DOD secretary, Espy, since the election. He appointed a former Green Beret and special ops guy, Christopher Miller, to replace him for two months. Miller turned right around and changed the chain of command structure so that the Special Forces are now on the same level as the regular service troop and reports directly to him. Trump also appointed Kash Patel as Miller's chief of staff. Patel's expertise is following the money, which Trump will need to find out who was being paid to cheat and where the money came from.
I don't believe the military itself is against Trump, just the Obama generals at the top of the food chain. Putting Miller in there as the DOD head, has all troops, regular service and special ops reporting directly to him. The troops themselves love Trump, as witnessed by his reception at the Army/Navy football game. So I think Trump has the military behind him now.
So whatever Trump is planning, invoking the updated Insurrection Act or relying on his EO #31484 regarding Foreign Interference in our elections or a combination of both, he has something up his sleeve as his hole card. Trump hasn't played his last card yet.
But he is about to.
Im all in.
If the President does this we may need to support him and our nations, very possibly with arms. Be ready!
Invoking the Insurrection Act successfully requires having enough evidence to simultaneously arrest and detain sufficient numbers of members of the US House and US Senate
to forestall inevitable calls for impeachment. HARD, Concrete Hard, evidence...as in military tribunal type evidence
Proud to sign, let’s roll Americans. Leave the vowards to them le.
To Our Constitution, and the Constitutional Republic of the
United States of America, I Pledge My Life, My Fortune, And My Sacred Honor” -— petition signed.
I see only 2,633 brave souls signed so far. It’s easy to gripe and pontificate from a cozy armchair -— harder to actually put your name up where others can see it.
I signed it. I also posted it on Fakebook
Signed.
Done!
The Supreme Court comprehends that its reach does not extend to felony and larceny in the voting precincts.
That job belongs to the citizens of those states and residents of those neighborhoods to police their vote properly. And not to complain if they haven’nt. Not sayin’ that’s right or wrong. Just the way it is.
Allowing things to deteriorate into a “near Civil War” status and then expecting the “mother of all kraken” birthed in the US Supreme Court to save the day just isn’t about to happen. Neither is some magical EO about to save the day.
A massive revelation of foreign intrusion upon the integrity of the vote could possibly invalidate the election. But it will need half the House and Senate to be uncomfortable enough to do so. We the People do have the capacity to make them uncomfortable. But we have to knock on their doors 24 hrs a day about it for the next 4 weeks. If we do so the Insurrection Act can be enacted successfully.
Can’t leave it up to Sidney Powell and Lin Wood
The militia is ready to do the work of the people. On your signal, Mr. President!
Should have been use the EO and not use the Military! I won’t be leaving myself named etc if God Forbit Kamala in 2021.
Thank you for the link. Signed and confirmed.
