Waiting for a report supposedly coming in January is too late for the actions which are necessary. Those actions need to be happening right now. They are not happening right now. We would notice if they were.

There is no "three-dimensional chess" going on here. Everybody is just making it up as they go along. What we see is what we are getting, which is absolutely nothing. The Bad Guys keep winning. Yes, I am tired of that.

And that "report" is never coming anyway. It is just an excuse to delay actions until they cannot be effective.
