I think it will be different. The Dems win Georgia (which Lin Wood, by the way, wants), and then pack the courts and kill the filibuster in the Senate.

Then gun confiscation is passed, or is put into law by an EO. It gets fought in the courts, but the packed courts refuse to overturn it (happy, Lin?).

Texas, and maybe other states, simply say that they no longer recognize the jurisdiction of DC when they are clearly outside of the Constitution. Things escalate and then the fireworks begin.

I would say ‘probably’ other states. It won’t take much to inspire them to want to join in on the formation of an association or block of freedom loving states. Let those who want socialism have it. Let those who cherish liberty have their God given right to live under it instead of being under the rule of an overbearing and corrupt government.
