I’m beginning to get very discouraged, esp after seeing what McConnell and other did the other day, including Braun(?) who was the guy Trump campaigned for.

Then you see the true Bill Barr.

Unless the SCOTUS comes out strongly, I don’t think Trump will win this.

He should never concede and in fact, make them remove him from office unless they can prove Biden got 81 million votes.

Hi all,
Unless something big happens, this will be the last update of the year.

Well, we apparently know two things:
1) There was massive cheating, esp. in WI, MI, NV, GA, and PA, and
2) No one will do a damn thing about it.

I never, ever placed my hope in the courts or the USSC. the very nature of the USSC even today is to avoid “political” conflicts. Now, they don’t see Obamacare or homosexual marriage as “political,” they are desperate NOT to be the group that “decides” an election. So I knew they would find any excuse possible not to rule on this.

So far, Trump’s guys are having no success at all in state courts. I think they’ve won 2-3 out of about 65. Not enough, especially since the nature of those suits was not to prove national fraud, but to toss out a few thousand ballots here and there.

All along, I’ve said that the only hope was that the state legislators would do their Constitutional duty. They won’t, apparently. Yes, they will hold off-site unofficial hearings (note, few if any DemoKKKrats were there, and they had no real legislative power in those hearings), but apparently there is not a majority of Constitutionalists anywhere to actually toss the fraud results and submit a real slate of Trump electors.

This is key: no matter what is going around, the ONLY legitimate slates of electors that the Joint Session of Congress will (or are allow to) consider on January 6 are those submitted by the legislatures. Occasionally a governor will illegally also submit a slate, but unless that differs from those submitted by the states, they are moot.

So far, there is NO separate official slate other than those the state legislatures have submitted for Biteme. What you are hearing about a “second slate” of electors is meaningless, because it’s Trump electors sending in their own slates, which have no standing. They will not be recognized on Jan. 6.

Another myth out there is that Mike Pence can control this whole thing. No.

The veep merely READS what is submitted by the two sets of tellers-—two each from the House and Senate. He may entertain an objection but it must be from AT LEAST one Senator and one Congressman. So far, while Loeffler has made noises about opposing, mark my words she will not. Possibly someone else will, but no one has stepped up.

What’s the procedure when Pence says, “Pennsylvania has submitted its 20 electors for Joe Biden?” He may then entertain an objection. HE CANNOT RAISE ONE HIMSELF. He cannot “toss out” slates he doesn’t like.

So, say Loeffler and Andy Biggs have an objection to PA: the Joint Session then moves to meet by body-—the House in one chamber, the Senate in another-—to discuss the objection.

How do you think that will go? I don’t even think the Senate would toss a Biteme slate, but even if it did, the House would not. A “tie” as it were goes to the slate that the state legislature sent, i.e., the Biteme slate. As veeps, both Adams and Jefferson had this very exact thing happen, each read the list. Adams paused for an objection on (I think) GA, Jefferson (I think) did not pause on VT. Both original slates carried.

All along I warned that the state legislatures would have to show a level of understanding of the Constitution and courage that it was highly unlikely they had. I was correct. They didn’t. I suppose you could say “It’s Trump’s fault” for not preparing them back in July, but that would have been viewed as election interference. It was a no win.

Then there was the perpetual Q-promised “report” from this agency or that director, in this case Radcliffe the DNI, and “boy, that will put the whole Deep State in jail.” Riiiiight.

Once again, DNI Radcliffe “delayed” his report. He’s just found “so much stuff” you know. Of course, this means that WHEN he delivers anything, Biteme will bury it in the Marianas Trench. Even if he “finds” something, Biteme will obviously not act on it.

Now there is talk of Trump appointing a Special Counsel. Good luck. Biteme’s AG, Cuomo, will fire him in 20 seconds. You say, “Wouldn’t they impeach Biteme for that?” Be serious. Oh, they may use something to remove Biteme-—this seems to be the consensus. But I wouldn’t be so sure.

First, Biteme didn’t spend 47 years in DC without skilz. Do not underestimate him. While I think he has dementia, he still manages to get it together long enough (his acceptance speech, the debates) that from time to time he knows what he’s doing. Don’t underestimate him.

Second, I am NOT convinced the Deep State wants Kampuchea. I think whoever she names, if she assumes the persidency, as her veep is the REAL person to watch.

So, pretty bad news huh? Yes, but again, to remind you all (and I know you don’t need reminding): We all thought it was over when Zero won and had a 2/3 majority in each house. Remember that? Unstoppable.

What did he get done? Ocare and a stimulus. That’s it. In 8 years. Ocare and a stimulus. Now, he got a lot of executive orders out, but Trump undid those in 2 years. Zero didn’t get ONE TREATY through a 2/3 majority senate and House!! And you all remember the reaction to the first two years-—the Tea Party, regain the House in 2010, regained the senate not long after. Zero was done in terms of long-lasting damage he could do.

This time, even if we lose both GA seats, the Ds do not have a veto proof majority in either house. They will be on the cusp in the House (maybe as it stands now just a 5 seat majority-—and Biteme is going to tap a couple of those House people for admin slots, so at worst they won’t be filled for a while, and at best, we might get one or two back. In short, in the House, the most powerful people are not Botoxic or the Whip, but people like Tulsi Gabbard and other rogues who can threaten to vote with Rs.

In the Senate, Minion got what he always wanted. Romney now is very powerful and can offset someone like Manchin who may once in a while choose to vote with Rs. Meaningless now, cuz Minion and Collins will in essence give the Ds a permanent 1-2 vote edge.

Anyway, while it’s not pleasant at all, that as I see it is reality. Be prepared to resist.

If Courts do not up hold the Law, why have Courts.
Team Trump should “find” 200,000 votes in the five disputed states.

So far, there is NO separate official slate other than those the state legislatures have submitted for Biteme.

There has to be penalties for Electors knowingly certify an illegal vote as legal.

Another myth out there is that Mike Pence can control this whole thing. No.

I am reading Pence controls the floor and agenda. Pence decides what questions are in order

The Congressmen and Senators will accept the Biden electors knowing those elector votes were gained through fraud. There has to be a penalty for stuffing a ballot box.

We now know China, Iran, and others interfered in the election. The stakes now escalate to sedition and treason.

The Ukraine launched an investigation into Biden before he announced for President.
How can the Electors vote for someone under an indictment?

What did he get done?
The Country lurched towards marxism under 0bama. That was his agenda.
