I think it is the opposite. Remember, just a few days ago we heard of the SolarWind hack (which apparently started in March 2020 though CISA has been quite about the how thing until two days ago). They we heard on freerepublic that dominion uses solarwinds though their CEO said that was untrue. The just today we heard the audio of the dominion training session which apparently contradicts the oral testimony of the CEO. So the bottom line.... they need more time. This is not some deep state FU as GP said, they just need more time.
