Likely Ratcliffe has already made his report to Trump and they are strategizing invoking the insurrection act as we speak. Since the report does not have to be made public there may not even be an announcement on the 18th.
Can’t have 2 people from the same state for President and VP. But when has that ever stopped the dem criminal party!

I agree with your reasoning. Why announce strategy to the enemy - let them guess, worry, miscalculate. No need for President Trump to send a letter to Pelosi advising her that, “It’s ON!” :D

The “political protests” we saw were at least in part orchestrated by Iran and China. They sure took to twitter to point out “civil rights injustices” in America.
And Iran had a hand in the protests back in January when numerous Communist groups in America marched in the streets against the US and Israel after the drone strike on an Iranian terrorist. The protesters and media were caught several times spouting Iranian state propaganda that proved to be false.
And this summer in Berkeley California (or was it Oakland) there were Leftists caught on video marching and chanting “Death to America” (a classic Iranian protest slogan).

Sounds like some departments are slow walking this. But if the SCOTUS says PA can extend voting beyond the PA constitution laws, then certainly the Dec 18 deadline is not firm.

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.
Now section 1b seems to indicate another 45 days count begins once the report is presented.
(b) Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, State and local officials, shall deliver to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report evaluating, with respect to the United States election that is the subject of the assessment described in section 1(a):
Section 1c and 1d seem to layout some wiggle room, letting the initial report be amended if things are found after the deadline or outside the reporting procedure...
(c)If relevant information emerges after the submission of the report mandated by section 1(a) of this order, the Director, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies, shall amend the report...
(d) Nothing in this order shall prevent the head of any agency or any other appropriate official from tendering to the President, at any time through an appropriate channel, any analysis, information, assessment, or evaluation of foreign interference in a United States election.
Sounds to me like the President can act on any official report, not merely the formal report following an election. An initial report may have already been presented and is to be amended later even.
Just me speculating and praying.

BREAKING: Director of National Intelligence Reveals Massive Foreign Election Intervention

The Director of National Intelligence is finally able to reveal that there was widespread foreign intervention in the 2020 presidential election. DNI John Ratcliffe told CBS News that there was Foreign Election Interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year [2020].
It’s unclear when this interview with Catherine Herridge was filmed, but sources say Ratcliffe wasn’t able make the information public until a certain time. Additionally, Ratcliffe has only held the position of DNI since May 26, 2020, so his information on alleged meddling he’d be privy to would only pertain to recent months and the 2020 presidential election.

She’s always behind the curve. She reports stuff that’s already been out there for weeks. And she cloaks her reports in intelligence officer’s jargon like “the tick-tock of this is.” She tries to sound like she has inside sources no one else has. She’s a fraud.
