Fixed in the future? If we know there was fraud, can’t we fix the 2020 election now?

I am of the opinion that now is the time to start arresting individuals for their participation in the fraud. Absent a series of arrests, I dont think that there will be any testicular fortitude in either the Senate or the House to even LOOK at this election. Much less make any meaningful changes to the elections and I highly doubt, correcting the steal.
The GOP has shown itself to be a paper tiger.
Great. Now if he can only convince, what, a dozen House members and if the Senate is won by Republicans, Trump will be all set. Waste of a hearing unless action is taken.

That’s a decent start, but it must be fixed NOW and the wrongs resulting from this current theft must be righted NOW.
He did well in the hearing. While the others were meandering about cyber security and hacking, he talked about what the machines were counting and not if they were correctly tabulating the fraud.

He is wrong. It can get fixed by the Senate ignoring Mitch and following the constitution with the legitimate slate of electors.
If it is in fact fraud and we allow it to stand we are a sorry, sorry lot.
And it shows to me that he will not be stopping the electors on January 6.
To secure our elections will take passing and enforcing laws. To do either of those means WINNING an election and placing people who will actually enforce the laws in positions of power to do so.
So how do you expect to accomplish that? Does Rand think those that just stole this election are going to then allow a legitimate vote of the people that could very easily put someone in office who will prosecute them for their crimes? That is one of the many reasons they rigged this election. They knew they were eventually going to be prosecuted for their crimes in 2016.
I'm sorry this does not make any logical sense whatsoever. We are not going to secure free and fair elections by voting.
Sorry to Rand but this "we'll get um next" crap is over. This is a joke. This WAS the next time and their will not be another. We are going to have to look for far more radical solutions if we are going to REGAIN our freedom.

No Senator Paul, the way to fix it is by enforcing the US Constitution NOW. Most of these new rules/regs in this past election were done illegally as they were done by Governors, Judges and elected officials other than State Legislatures. Only state legislatures can do so, otherwise it is a violation of the US Constitution. The Supreme Court has already said so. Use that ruling and straiten this crap out now. All those votes being voided would be on the people who did not follow the law of the land, the US Constitution. They’ll remember not to do that crap in the future.
